- 30 days no questions asked return policy - Choosing glasses ain’t easy, so that’s why if you don’t like them and you send them back within 30 days we won’t interrogate you, we’ll just give you your money back.
How long will they take?
- For prescription glasses or sunglasses, we aim to have your order delivered within 7 - 10 working days. Prescription sunglasses and varifocals generally take 10 working days
- For non-prescription products, delivery can take 3 - 5 working days*, but is usually next working day.
- For contact lenses, delivery will take 3 - 5 working days supplier stock allowing. NB.Contact lenses are shipped from our contact lens suppliers, not from Ollie Quinn. *Except bespoke avulux glasses, which take 7- 10 working days.
- Please note: For orders with multiple glasses or sunglasses, we will wait to ship until all items are ready.

When buying online in Europe:
- Shipping is free, but we charge the taxes and duties upfront via DHL. A handy tax and duty calculator will tell you how much this is at checkout.
- We use DHL to ship your order
- Unfortunately we don’t provide return labels for international orders.

When buying in-store:
- Shipping anywhere in the UK is £10, and anywhere in Europe it’s £30
- When the store ships your order, there is extra handling involved as it will not go through our online distribution centre. This incurs an extra cost of £10
- 30 days exchange policy for sunglasses - From the date you purchased, you have 30 days to return your sunglasses for a different pair.
- 30 days frame refund for prescription items. - When ordering in-store, we assume you were happy with the frames you chose. Because of this, and the fact that your lenses are made bespoke to your prescription, we can only refund the frame for £50
How long will they take?
- Our lead time for prescription glasses or sunglasses ordered in-store is 7 - 10 working days. Less complex prescriptions take less time, and more complex prescriptions take more time (Prescription sunglasses and varifocals generally take the full 10 working days) - but we aim to deliver all orders within the 10 working days
